OUR SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual School counseling is a responsive service in which we seek to meet the students' immediate needs and concerns. It is offered throughout the school year in a confidential setting. Parental consent is required.

GROUP COUNSELING

Support groups are offered during lunch and after school. Click on the "Wellness Center Calendar" for current availabilities. If you are interested in joining a group, contact Wellness Center Staff or drop in during group time.

WORKSHOPS

Wellness Center staff will provide workshops related to mental health, wellness, and healthy living throughout the school year. Workshops will be available to students, parents and staff.

RESOURCES

Mental Health and Wellness resources will be available for visitors to the Wellness Center. This includes brochures, group information and various wellness tips.

STEFANIE BERO

Intervention Coordinator

My name is Stefanie Bero, pronouns she/hers, and I am the intervention coordinator at El Camino. I am also one of the counselors in counseling office 1, and I enjoy our team of caring professionals. Additionally, I enjoy forming relationships with my students and building community on our campus. I love hearing from our students, establishing plans together to make our school a safe, uplifting, and resourceful environment. I am hopeful the Wellness Center is a central hub that students, staff, and parents can join together for information, support, connections, and overall wellness. A big part of my own wellness outside of El Camino comes from spending time outdoors with my family, staying active, and keeping up with friendships.
